I’m pretty happy where I am at the moment but if I had to go somewhere else it would be somewhere with massive mountains. Maybe the Canadian Rockies, South American Andes or the Himalayas.

Oh this is such a difficult question for me as I love to travel. One of the best places I have been is Bhutan, as it is stunningly beautiful and I loved the remoteness, but I’m not sure I could live there long-term.

My husband and I have often talked about emigrating to New Zealand as we have both travelled there and enjoyed it and think there is probably a good work-life balance, but we have two small children and feel it is important that they are near their wider family, grandparents/cousins etc, so that is keeping us in the UK for now.

I’d love to visit New Zealand as one of my oldest friends lives there and I don’t get to see her very often at all, only once in the past 14 years! It also looks really beautiful and I adore a good landscape view. But I’m very much a family-orientated person so I’d miss them all too much if I left the UK. If I could convince them all to come with me maybe I’d move there!

I would love to go to Hawaii and swim with manta rays! I would live in Monterey Bay in California (it’s where the sea otters, whales and dolphins hang out) and has a beautiful coastline and fairly near Yosemite national park and the giant redwood trees!

I went to Australia a couple of years ago and really loved it. I think I’d like to work there for a bit. I would absolutely love to go to New Zealand. Always wanted to go.

In terms of geography I would have to say South America – and I seriously want to visit Argentina. I do also have an odd dream of wanting to live in a treehouse – one that was sustainably built and very energy efficient – to wake up in the canopy every day would be spellbinding (but it would need to have a hot shower – having experienced some freezing cold showers up a mountain in Bolivia that is the one luxury I would hate to be without)

I love living in Manchester, so I don’t think I would change that. But I would like to go visit so many places. Right now, I’m planning a trip to Greece and I’m super excited. I’ve never been before and I love ancient Greek history! My favourite holiday I’ve had was definitely Thailand.

The culture, language and country are just so interesting!
