Organs useful to humans developed through evolution, a big process of fine tuning. In terms of how they develop right now- it is fascinating! In the sense of a baby being created- 2 cells combine their collective DNA and start the process of embryo development- the first structures to develop are the makings of your brain and spinal cord, then the rest start appearing and finally the skin coverings/hair are laid down as the pregnancy progresses.

We grow them ourselves during development – some organs like the brain take a long while to mature – the brain retains some plasticity throughout life so that we can form new memories!
