• Question: Where do ultrahigh-energy particles come from?

      These are highly interesting! the most I know (and understand) about them is their possible attribution to being caused by the decay of super-heavy dark matter. or possibly black holes… its actually something that people are still trying to work out!

      I think scientists are still trying to figure this out and the best way that we can measure them too. Hypotheses include the following: intergalactic shocks during galaxy formation, supernova, gamma-ray bursts or decay products of supermassive particles from galactic explosions. I have no idea though!
